| OFFICIAL TARIFFS | These tariffs are requested by the Port Authorities for the port services directly rendered by them:T-0 (Maritime Signalling); T-1 (Ships); T-2 (Passengers); T-3 (Cargo); T-4 (Fresh Fish); T-5 (Yachts and recreational craft); T-6 (Gantry cranes); T-7 (Warehousing); T-8 (Supplies); T-9 (Miscellaneous Services)Exemption: Under reciprocity, foreign vessels not carrying out commercial operations and falling off.The “Ministerio de Fomento” (Department of Public Works, Agriculture, Commerce and Transport), through law O.M. 30.07.98, establishes the rules to be applied to these port tariffs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| OTHER TARIFFS | Applied to those port services that are not directly rendered by the Port Authorities, but are rendered by private companies linked with the Port Authority through a contract. The conditions and prices therefore vary from one port to another and are previously approved by the Port Authority.
