Orce based in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, who also share their knowledge and expertise with us enabling us to adopt a pragmatic and constructive approach to the handling of the problems locally and at first hand. If and when needed, we also have the support of our colleagues from nearby Marseille.

Elda is a dual qualified lawyer by the University of Panamá (Panamá) and Universitat Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona (Spain).
She has a Master Degree in Maritime Law from the Paul Cézanne University, Aix-Marseille and has obtained the Insurance and Reinsurance Mediator Grade A, in Spain.
For over the last 16 years, she has been handling P&I Claims and assisting in recovery and legal procedures at INDECO, Spain.
Now working also in cooperation with Eltvedt & O’Sullivan, she is involved with the assistance provided by TCI MAGHREB and getting involved with the rest of the TCI AFRICA network.
She speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
